What Can Individual Therapy Provide?
Therapy can provide you with the opportunity to learn how to respond to life challenges from a place of realizing that the most powerful way to create change, is to see that the source of that change is within you. By discovering the roots of the obstacles holding you back, you can experience more clarity to make choices that allow you to find a greater sense of fulfillment in the day-to-day.
I work with people on a wide array of issues, including help with managing anxiety and depression, low self-worth, developmental trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, and relationship conflict.
